has been adopted.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To improve the internal audit system in ministries and agencies that manage budgetary funds, as well as to increase public oversight for the effective use of state budget resources:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Accounts Chamber will conduct external audits of the execution of Uzbekistan&#8217;s consolidated budget and prepare relevant conclusions based on the results.<\/li>\n<li>Starting from 2025, audits will be conducted for large organizations with a state share of 50% or more.<\/li>\n<li>Strategic and information technology audits will be implemented.<\/li>\n<li>Beginning in 2024, the implementation of programs aimed at achieving national sustainable development goals will be evaluated annually, with reports provided to the President and the Legislative Chamber.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The evaluation will focus on strategic reforms, government programs, and social protection of the population.<\/p>\n<p>The results of the external audit of the budget of Karakalpakstan and local budgets will be discussed at meetings of the Jokargy Kenes and the Councils of People&#8217;s Deputies.<\/p>\n<p>Starting in 2025, the Ministry of Economy and Finance will provide information on the allocation of funds from the State Budget and targeted funds.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, budget fund managers are required to provide a list of financial risks and measures to mitigate them.<\/p>\n<p>From January 1, 2025, committees for risk management will be established in large organizations with a state share, with internal audit services serving as working bodies of these committees.<\/p>\n<p>Internal audit services will also be created within the structures of the Council of Ministers and regional administrations.<\/p>\n<p>Within the established staffing limits of the Accounts Chamber, the following will be created:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An Interagency Center for Remote Control;<\/li>\n<li>A Sector for Auditing Defense Complex Expenditures;<\/li>\n<li>A Sector for State Audit based on international standards;<\/li>\n<li>Research and Training Center.<span id=\"ctrlcopy\"><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The Decree of the President dated July 10, 2024, No. UP-100 \"On Additional Measures to Strengthen Financial Control over the Use of Budgetary Funds\" has been adopted.
